histology = identical to angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia
clinically - the lesions are larger, deeper nodules with normal overlying skin and lymphadenopathy

 

Kimuras is an inflammatory disorder, whereas ALHE is a hyperplasia of the vessels in the dermis
presents with massive subcutaneous swelling in the preauricular and submandibular region in young Asian men
histology = prominent germinal centers with eosinophils in the subcutaneous tissue, although bland vessels are abundant, changes are less prominent than ALHE
