•scleredema (IgG kappa)
•NXG (IgG kappa)
•plane xanthoma (type III hyperlipidemia or paraproteinemia)
•primary systemic amyloidosis (AL- IgG lambda)
•papular mucinoses (IgG lambda)
•cryoglobulinemia – type I   (multiple myeloma, MGUS, Waldenstrom’s)
•PG bullous type  (IgA?) (myelogenous leukemia, MGUS)
•IgA pemphigus (the subcorneal pustular dermatoses subset) (IgA)
•Shnitzler's syndrome (IgM)

Pyoderma Gangrenosum – associated with a monoclonal gammopathy (majority being IgA)

Subcorneal Pustular Dermatosis –  associated with a monoclonal gammopathy (majority being IgA)

Erythema Elevatum Diutinum – occasionally associated with an IgA monoclonal gammopathy (or IgG)

 

(ulcerative colitis reported in all three, however IgA monoclonal gammopathy seems to be a more frequent association in all three)
