| • | Wegener’s granulomatous (orbital granulomas) |
| • | NF 1: associated with sphenoid dysplasia (usually unilateral) or expanding optic glioma |
| • | Hands-Schuller-Christian disease |

| • | Proteus syndrome (characteristic plantar hyperplasia) |
