AKA encephalotrigeminal angiomatosis
sporadic
facial port wine stain; ipsilateral glaucoma
ipsilateral leptomeningeal vascular malformation
atrophy and tram track calcification of underlying cerebral cortex
seizures, mental retardation (50%)

Klippel-Trenauny-weber syndrome

AKA osteohypertrophic nevus flammeus
sporadic
capillary malformation involving lower extremity; unilateral
increased vascular supply causes limb hypertrophy
ddx: for limb hypertrophy  Proteus syndrome; Maffucci syndrome
