dermatomyositis
| • | capillary dilatation and drop out (i.e. changes resemble those of scleroderma) |
| • | Dr. Fisher has "never seen a case of dermatomyositis without these nail fold capillary changes" |
sle
| • | normal density but enlarged, tortuous loops (meandering loops that may resemble glomerular tufts) |
