Digital Mucous Cyst

Carney Complex
| • | myxomas, lentigines, and endocrine overactivity |
| • | AKA NAME syndrome: N – nevi, AM – atrial myxomas, E - ephelides |
| • | AKA LAMB syndrome: L – lentigines, AM – atrial myxomas, B – blue nevi |
| • | cutaneous myxomas (45%) – small (less than 1cm), multiple, skin-colored papules |
| • | endocrine – e.g. primary pigmented nodular adrenocortical disease (45%) --> giving Cushing’s syndrome |
| • | atrial myxomas (79%) - recognition of this syndrome, with diagnosis and removal of the atrial myxomas, can be lifesaving |
