Gary Brauner: (bleomycin for stubborn warts)
| • | bleomycin 15 unit bottle (take 15ml of sterile saline, use 1ml to hydrate the bleomycin, then transfer it to the 14ml left into the sterile saline) |
| • | treat with 1 unit/cc inject ~ 0.1cc (but primarily watch for a blanch) |
Zaiac method:
| • | they order the Bleo in a 15mg/cc concentration and dilute with 30cc of normal saline for a 0.5mg/cc dilution |
| • | inject superficially and make a bleb and tell pts that it should turn dark colored and fall off within a few days |
