1.mucosal neuromas
2.pheochromocytoma
3.medullary cancer of the thyroid

 

labs:

•check urine/serum calcitonin
•check urine catecholamine
•thyroid scan

 

first tip-off of diagnosis:   full lips and marfanoid habitus
