| • | superficial gyrate erythema (~EAC) |
| • | only the superficial vascular plexus |
| • | epidermis with slight spongiosis and focal parakeratosis |
| • | deep gyrate erythema – (e. migrans, otherwise simply called “deep gyrate erythema” or “deep EAC”) |
| • | similar infiltrate involves both superficial and deep vascular plexuses |
