We do a lot of Botox at Minars Dermatology, so much in fact that we have reached "platinum level" with Allergan (the makers of Botox). Only "platinum level" doctors can give their patients access to the Botox Benefits Card which saves you $25 every time you do Botox.
How does it work?
The next time you do Botox at Minars Dermatology we will sign you up for your Botox Benefits Card. This is a debit card loaded with $25 that you will receive in the mail from Allergan. Each time you use it towards a Botox treatment, it will automatically reload with another $25.
The "rules"
• You can only use the $25 on the card towards a Botox treatment
• The card can be used every 3 to 6 months
• The card only works at Minars Dermatology
Update - January 2010 The Botox Benefits Card has been replaced by a new program called "Brilliant Distinctions". Same idea as the Botox Benefits Card, but more flexible (you
can use the dollars you earn on either Botox or Juvederm treatments.) Ask
for a sign-up packet next time you are at our office to get all of the
details.
